According to the company, Chaser absorbs the harmful elements in beer, wine and spirits and traps them before they can do damage. These elements, called congeners, are byproducts of the fermentation process. Chaser’s natural active ingredients— activated calcium carbonate and vegetable carbon—attract congeners and soak them up.
